ABC radio interview with StepUp volunteer and director

On June 10th, StepUp for Dementia Research volunteer Ms Imelda Gilmore and Program Director Professor Yun-Hee Jeon were interviewed by Gavin Coote from ABC National Radio AM.
Ms Gilmore talked about the difficult journey she and her late husband Graham had in trying to contribute to dementia research. “(Graham) wanted to make it better for someone who would come after him on the journey and in whatever way he could contribute to research”, but they were unable to find the right researchers. Professor Jeon explained how a service like StepUp for Dementia Research can help people interested in taking part in dementia research connect with the right studies.
